Is PartExtract free to use?
Yes. Requesting a quote is free. You only pay if you approve a part price and cargo quote.
Do you ship outside the UAE?
Yes. Many buyers are in Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya, Ivory Coast (Abidjan), Romania, and other countries. Share your destination city and we confirm cargo options.
What should I send for an accurate quote?
- Make, model, year
- Part name or OEM number
- VIN (17 characters) when possible
- Photos of the old part
- Your WhatsApp number and email
- Destination country and city
How fast do you reply?
We aim to reply within 10 minutes during UAE business hours. Complex parts may take longer while we check supplier stock in Sharjah.
Are prices on the website final?
Listed AED prices are indicative samples. Your final quote on WhatsApp includes part condition, availability, and separate cargo cost.
Who pays customs and import tax?
Usually the buyer in the destination country. We will explain typical steps when you approve a shipment.
Do you sell parts directly?
We source and quote from Sharjah suppliers and yards. You deal with us for coordination; payment and shipping terms are confirmed per order.
