Our service

PartExtract is a free quote and sourcing service. We help you find auto spare parts from suppliers in Sharjah and across the UAE. We connect you with sellers; we are not the manufacturer and we do not guarantee that we hold every part in stock.

Listed prices on the website (where shown) are indicative market samples. Your final quote on WhatsApp includes part condition, availability, warranty, and separate cargo or delivery costs.

No obligation

Requesting a quote is free. You are under no obligation to purchase. You may compare quotes and choose any supplier — or none.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate vehicle and part information (VIN, make, model, year, part description).
• Verify compatibility of any part with your vehicle before fitting.
• Pay the supplier directly according to their payment terms when you accept a quote.
• Arrange or pay for customs, import duties, and local taxes in your destination country where applicable.

Suppliers and third parties

Quotes may come from independent UAE spare part sellers. PartExtract coordinates enquiries but is not a party to your purchase contract with the supplier. Warranty, returns, and delivery are between you and the supplier unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Cargo & international shipping

We assist many buyers shipping parts from the UAE to Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya, Romania, Ivory Coast, and other countries. Shipping times, costs, and customs processes vary. We will explain typical steps when you approve a shipment, but final responsibility for import compliance lies with the buyer.

Website use

• Do not misuse the site (spam, automated scraping, false enquiries, or unlawful activity).
• Content on this site is for general information; we try to keep it accurate but do not warrant completeness.
• We may update, suspend, or change the service at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, PartExtract is not liable for indirect losses, fitment errors, supplier delays, or part quality issues arising from your deal with a third-party seller. Our liability for any claim relating to use of the website is limited to AED 500 unless a higher amount is required by law.

Intellectual property

PartExtract name, logo, and website content are owned by PartExtract. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Sharjah, UAE, unless mandatory consumer law in your country requires otherwise.
