Who we are
PartExtract helps buyers find new, used, and reconditioned car parts from trusted suppliers in the UAE. We do not hold all stock ourselves — we match your request to suppliers and send quotes on WhatsApp or email.

Information we collect
- Vehicle details — VIN (17 characters), make, model, year (from VIN decode or your input).
- Part request — part name, condition (new/used), notes you provide.
- Contact details — WhatsApp number, phone number, or email so suppliers can send quotes.
- Technical data — basic logs (browser type, pages visited) and cookies (see our Cookie policy).
How we use your information
- To identify compatible parts for your vehicle.
- To share your request with vetted UAE spare part suppliers so they can send no-obligation price quotes.
- To reply on WhatsApp or email about your enquiry, cargo, and delivery options.
- To improve our website and customer service.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing.
Sharing with suppliers
When you submit a part request, relevant details (vehicle, part, contact method) are shared with suppliers in our network so they can quote you. Each supplier is responsible for their own use of your data when they contact you. You are under no obligation to buy from any quote you receive.
Data retention
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to handle quotes, support, and legal requirements, then delete or anonymise them where appropriate.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data by contacting us on WhatsApp or email. We will respond within a reasonable time.
International users
Many customers are outside the UAE (Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya, Romania, Ivory Coast, and others). By using PartExtract you agree that your data may be processed in the UAE for the purpose of sourcing parts and cargo quotes.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
